Refund

Generally, refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of package delivery.If you have any questions after receiving your package, please contact our support team immediately, including but not limited to the following reasons:

1、Package not received normally

2、Some items are missing from my shipment

First, check that you have received all the boxes associated with your order. Then completely empty every box you receive, sometimes small parts can get stuck in gaps or in the packaging material. If you still can't find your item, please email customer service immediately. Include a description of the missing quantity and a picture of the entire package. We will forward them to our warehouse inspection monitoring records and packaging picture records.1. Email support to obtain authorization.2. We will check and verify the problem.3. 3、Quarktwin Electronics accept customers' cancellation of NCNR orders due to tariff reasons?

No, NCNR will be enforced. Quarktwin Electronics only manages the customs duties charged to us and cannot amend this condition of sale.

4、How to return goods?

Quarktwin requires customers to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number before returning any product. Returns must be made within 60 days of the invoice date and must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.Products may be stated as non-cancellable/non-returnable (NCNR) at the time of quote or purchase. These products are non-returnable.

Returns

By returning a product to Quarktwin, the customer certifies that the product was purchased from Quarktwin and that the same product, in whole or in part, has not been substituted by another supplier, distributor, or other such product source. Returns should be in original packaging and in unused condition (except if defective). ESD or moisture sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.General rules:Returns are generally accepted within 365 days of the date the package is delivered.1、When a customer requests a return due to "non-original/fake/quality issues", a valid quality report issued by a third-party authority recognized by our company is required before the return or exchange can be made.2、If the reason for return is due to the customer (such as mistaken purchase of parts, etc.), any customs fees and other charges shall be paid by the customer.3、Shipping damageIf you receive a damaged product with visibly damaged outer shipping container, please report the damage to the carrier upon receipt.
